How to do a good job in the maintenance of outdoor LED display rental screen? In the outdoor, the environment, air humidity and climate are the main factors that affect the display screen. When we install the outdoor display screen, we should pay special attention to its ability of wind resistance, earthquake resistance and bearing, so that it can make a good living and operate in the field. In addition to the preliminary preparation, after the completion of the device, the daily maintenance of the display screen is the same, not careless. Detailed maintenance precautions are as follows:
1. Stable power supply and excellent grounding protection.
2. In case of severe lightning, typhoon and other disastrous climate, the power supply shall be cut off in time, and the power supply of the display screen shall be turned on after the climate recovers to normal.
3. No water is allowed in the display screen, and combustible and conductive metal objects are not allowed to enter the screen to prevent equipment short circuit and fire.
4. If there is water in the display screen, please cut off the power supply immediately and contact the repairman until the display board inside the screen is dry.
5. Switch sequence of LED display screen:
Open: first open the control computer to make it work normally, and then open the LED display screen.
Close: first close the LED display screen, and then close the computer.
6. The appearance of LED display screen can not be directly scrubbed with wet cloth, but can be scrubbed with alcohol, perhaps with brush and vacuum cleaner.
7. In the rainy season, the LED screen should be used at least once a week. Generally, the screen should be open at least once a month and lit for more than 2 hours.
8. Regularly check the stability of the supporting structure and the safety of the power supply cable of the LED display screen in the field, and deal with the damage in time.
9. Don’t block the power supply of the display screen arbitrarily, and don’t close and open the power supply of the display screen frequently to prevent the impact of surge current. Use too much current to prevent the LED core from damaging the power supply. Do not disassemble or splice the screen without permission!
10. LED display screen, main control computer and other related equipment should be placed in the air-conditioned and dusty room to ensure the computer ventilation and stable operation.
11. The internal circuit of LED outdoor display needs professional maintenance.
12. Before summer every year, check the cooling and heat dissipation equipment in the display screen in advance, such as air conditioner, fan, etc., so as to ensure that the display screen operates under the allowable temperature environment.
