First, the power supply of the rotary screen control circuit
When the system is working, the control circuit rotates with the rotor of the motor, so it is difficult to provide a stable power supply to the rotating control circuit and the LED electronic screen.
Second, the rotating screen horizontal display smear problem
Because the rotating screen adopts single-row LED electronic screen rotation scanning to realize the cylindrical image display, this makes the image number point display sticky in the horizontal direction, forming a smear phenomenon.
Third, solve the lack of display brightness
Because the working principle of the rotating LED electronic screen determines that compared with the ordinary flat outdoor LED electronic screen, the time for displaying each column is much less, so the brightness will be greatly reduced.
Therefore, to make the designed rotating LED electronic screen have a better display effect, then the above three problems need to be solved in the design.
1. How to solve the power supply problem of the rotating LED electronic screen, we generally use the brush plate fixed on the base and the rotating metal rail and metal wheel to contact the system to supply power to the system, which is a relatively simple and reliable method. The design of this paper is to provide a constant 12V DC voltage through the brush, and then converted into 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V and other voltages by the DC-DC chip to maintain the control system.
2. How to solve the problem of horizontal smearing of the rotating screen, mainly based on the characteristics of the rotating scan, inserting a completely black time slot between the two columns of pixels, so as to eliminate the stickiness of the two columns of image display points.
3. In order to solve the problem of insufficient brightness display, the design of this article uses four columns of LED electronic screen lights to alternately display each icon on each rotating screen without continuing to increase the brightness of the outdoor LED electronic screen lights. Prime point, so that the brightness will become four times the original without changing the rotation rate.
